What the Heck is Renegade Organizing?

Renegade organizers let go of all of the traditional myths and drama that get in the way, and boil operations adn system creation down to their simplest form. And we have fun doing it.   Really!

I’ve spent over fourteen years working in the field of administration and operations.  I started to look for a book that I could give to businesses that needed help with their operations systemization, but weren’t ready to bring on a consultant. I soon found out that books about small business operations and organization tend to be  long, boring, and take a “one size fits all” approach.  Even if they read all 300 pages, I doubted that those books would help my clients.

Since I couldn’t find what I wanted, I created it and “Renegade Organizing” was born.  Now I help small business owners through workshops, books and master classes.
